Kodumaja house kits from prefab modules were awarded European Technical Approval

European Technical Approval ETA-08/0178 was issued to AS Kodumaja by Norwegian institute of building research (Sintef Building and Infrastructure) on 29.09.2008.

ETA covers the timber frame kits based on prefabricated house modules produced in house factories belong to group of AS Kodumaja.

 

The building modules are intended for low rise or multistorey houses. The modules may also be used for non-residential buildings where the performance requirements are more or less the same as for residential houses.  ETA is valid in all EEA countries.
