Kodumaja built an apartment house of eartquake resistance
Kodumaja companies built an apartment house that meets requirements of earthquake. House is designed to withstand earthquake up to 5 magnitudes by the Richter scale. Mentioned apartment house is located in the center of Oslo (Norway), approximately 10-minute walk from the central railway station. It is 7-storey building, whence two first floors - garages and commercial areas are built from reinforced concrete at the building site. Top five floors are built by Kodumaja from wooden frame prefab modules, which were produced in Kodumajas house-building factory KM Element OÜ in Tartu (Estonia). Building meets all building codes and standards valid in Norway.
