Kodumaja quality and managers

The quality of construction is often perceived by its visible elements. High-quality finishing is undoubtedly very important but it may also be a temporary cover of what is essentially poor quality construction.

Kodumaja gives much deeper consideration to the quality of a building's construction. It begins from the quality of design, employed technical solutions and materials and a well-designed and smoothly functioning management system of a company. Naturally, the quality of finishing is important but in a deeper consideration of quality the latter is determined to a great extent before construction works have even started. We are convinced that even employment of the most qualified construction workers in the world will not suffice to compensate for the shortcomings in product development, design and management and to assure the building's conformity with applicable norms and standards.

In addition to the aforesaid, Kodumaja considers an inseparable part of quality adherence to prices and terms stipulated in the contract with a customer, effective cooperation and customer service meeting the ever-growing customer demands. Thus, Kodumaja sees quality as an iceberg the greatest part of which is invisible to the customer. The exemplary result is unattainable without exemplary teamwork. Kodumaja's quality is guaranteed by Kodumaja managers.

Kodumaja AS is managed by a three-member management board that is simultaneously the supervisory board of all companies in the Kodumaja group. All subsidiaries of Kodumaja AS are managed by one-member management boards represented by the chairman.
