- Kodumajatehase AS purchased a controlling interest in AS Tartu Maja (a company in Tartu producing concrete and concrete elements);
- The business of Kodumajatehase AS consists only of production and construction of individual houses in the Estonian market;
- Kodumajatehase AS sold, manufactured and built its first individual house; modules of the house were erected on the foundation on 6 November;

- Kodumajatehase AS runs into difficulties to secure new orders in the domestic market and the company management starts looking for opportunities to export its products to foreign markets.
- Flat pack kits of several houses were sold to Germany, France and Spain;

- Lingering difficulties with new orders, the owners consider the expediency of continuing the operations of Kodumajatehase AS;
- Kodumajatehase AS sells its interest in AS Tartu Maja (approx. 55%) and repays all bank loans taken to finance the start of production;
- The management board of Kodumajatehase AS secures the first contract for the production and construction of a multi-storey house in Norway, which is its first contract for the construction of a house of this type. A 3-storey house is erected on the foundation in Norway (Bodo, November 1997). The first experience of building in Norway's harsh weather conditions was gained;

| 1998 - 2000 |

- Energetic marketing activities aimed at the growth of sales in the Norwegian market. The turnover of this period indicates the period of "probation" for Kodumajatehase AS in the Norwegian market;
- In 1998, Kodumajatehase AS attempts to enter the Finnish market and the company builds its first individual houses in Finland;
- In November 2000, Kodumajatehase AS erected on the foundation its first 4-storey house, equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system, and which is also the first 4-storey timber-frame living house in Norway;

| 2001 |
- Breakthrough in the Norwegian market: a strong growth of volumes and turnover has begun;
- Kodumajatehase AS makes its first attempt to enter the Swedish market and the company builds its first individual houses in Sweden;

| 2002 |
- Kodumajatehase AS initiates construction works to increase the production capacity of its factory and takes over a small competitor in Valga (OÜ Kevestom) to further increase its production capacity;
- The management board of Kodumajatehase AS proposes and the company owners approve a conceptual document which sets out a detailed vision and strategic objectives for the next five years. This document later evolved into a concept, regularly reviewed and updated by the management and the owners, which may be considered an agreement of the management and the owners upon the development of the company;

| 2003 |

- Construction works to increase the production capacity of Kodumajatehase AS are completed, and a new production logic is implemented in the factory;
- Kodumajatehase AS builds its first 5-storey house, which becomes the first 5-storey timber-frame living house in Norway and one of the rare successful attempts to build a 5-storey timber-frame living house in Europe;
- With a view to expand its operations in the Estonian market, Kodumajatehase AS establishes a subsidiary for real estate development (Kodumaja Kinnisvaraarenduse OÜ). The subsidiary's target market is Estonia and its first project is Ülenurme homes (Tartu County);

| 2004 |
- The management and the owners of Kodumajatehase AS take a decision to further increase the production capacity of the company. The management starts looking for a suitable plot to build an additional factory;

| 2005 |

- The suitable plot for the new factory is found and purchased and designing of the new factory begins;
- The management system (including quality management system) of Kodumajatehase AS is found in conformity with ISO 9001:2000 and the company is awarded a respective certificate.
- Kodumaja Kinnisvaraarenduse OÜ launches a development project of multi-storey houses in Tartu (Jaamamõisa). Kodumaja companies build their first multi-storey living house in Estonia;

| 2006 |
- The construction of the new factory starts in April;
- In the end of the year, the company owners and management take a decision to start operations in Russia and start preparatory works for the launch of a pilot production project in Russia;

| 2007 |

- Kodumajatehase AS is awarded NBI Technical Approval - a certificate of the Norwegian Institute of Construction Research (NBI Sinteff Byggforsk);
- KM Element OÜ, a new company, is established to operate the new factory which is currently under construction. The Kodumaja group of companies is re-organised into a new group with Kodumaja AS as a holding company;
- Kodumaja penetrates the Danish market. Kodumajatehase AS builds its first 37 apartments in Copenhagen;The management of Kodumaja AS initiates preparations for the adjustment of Kodumaja's marketing strategy on the basis of new strategic objectives, the new structure of the company and the increased production capacity;

| 2008 |

- KM Element OÜ starts production in the new factory of Kodumaja AS and secures Kodumaja positions in the Danish market, having constructed about 140 apartments in Copenhagen and its adjacent area during this year;
- Kodumaja AS is awarded NBI Technical Approval - a certificate of the Norwegian Institute of Construction Research (NBI Sinteff Byggforsk). Kodumaja AS is also awarded European Technical Approval which both covers also KM Element OÜ and Kodumajatehase AS;
- Structural schemes of Kodumaja products are awarded Technical Approval by the All-Russian Research Institute for Fire Protection;
- The companies of Kodumaja AS implement a large-scale programme to adjust to the changed global economic conditions and economic downturn in Kodumaja markets;
