Certified management system

Kodumaja companies aspire to achieve 2 important goals simultaneously:

1. to duly perform its contracts with customers while ensuring high-quality customer service
2. to ensure effective and profitable operations of the companies while performing their contracts with customers

To achieve the said objectives, Kodumaja has developed and implemented management systems in its companies based upon internationally recognised rules and management principles

It is certified by the certificates of management systems issued to Kodumaja companies by Bureau Veritas Certification, an international certification bureau, which certify that the organisation and functioning of these management systems (including quality management system) comply with ISO 9001:2008.

At all stages of designing, production and construction Kodumaja carries out systematic and documented quality control. This means that

• execution of critical manufacturing operations is controlled by responsible workers persons who certify the quality of operations executed under their supervision with their signatures on special quality control sheets;
• digital pictures are taken of important concealed works which are enclosed with the quality control sheets;
• utility networks are tested after installation and the protocols of the test results are enclosed with the quality control sheets;
• documentation which certifies quality control of all stages of design, production and construction is kept in Kodumaja's archive of supporting documentation for at least 15 years

The management system implemented in Kodumaja companies also ensures that the company managers deal on a systematic basis with all management fields which are important for:

• the ongoing improvement of products, services and management systems
• the prevention of poor quality work and other non-conformities
• ensuring the purposeful and continuing development of the companies and maintaining their competitiveness.

In addition to the general and quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2008, Kodumaja has also developed, in accordance with international requirements, an:

• occupational health and safety management system - in compliance with OHSAS 18001:2007;
• environmental management system - in compliance with ISO 14001:2004.

Regarding both product-related Technical Approvals and certified management systems, the issuers of the certificates carry out regular and independent audits in Kodumaja companies to ensure the continuing presence of conditions required for the validity of Technical Approvals and certificates.
